1. Service scope
Cashback Builder provides white-label SaaS software, implementation services, and related support for businesses launching cashback, loyalty, and rewards websites. We do not provide consumer cashback programs directly to end users.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, assigning access only to authorized personnel, and ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, partner obligations, and internal approval policies.
3. Subscription fees and onboarding charges
Platform access is provided under a paid subscription plan. One-time setup, migration, implementation, and custom integration fees may apply depending on the scope of work.
4. Acceptable use
Customers may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or security-compromising activity. Customers are responsible for the content, campaigns, merchant relationships, and user communications they publish through the platform.
5. Intellectual property and customer data
Cashback Builder retains ownership of the software, documentation, and platform technology. Customers retain ownership of their trademarks, uploaded content, and customer data, subject to the rights required to operate the service.
6. Availability, warranties, and liability
Detailed uptime commitments, support response targets, warranty terms, liability limitations, and indemnity provisions are governed by the applicable subscription agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or misuse. Data export and transition steps are handled according to the governing commercial agreement.
